The house is simply impeccable—it has an incredible layout, spacious rooms, a modern design, and contains absolutely EVERYTHING you need. The staff who welcomed us were incredibly wonderful and welcoming; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people—she’s an amazing cook and he’s a guy with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house—it’s perfect. It didn’t fall short in absolutely ANY WAY—we didn’t lack for ANYTHING. On the contrary, we were left wanting more, lol. All in all, I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Quarto à Vista—you’ve been wonderful from the very first contact to the very end. ❤️

The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I’d suggest having is a popcorn maker—since there are so many people, it’s always a good idea to make popcorn). Everything is new and in excellent taste. The showers are excellent, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are a class act. The food is perfect, and the presentation is worthy of a top-tier restaurant. And every day, the table was set more beautifully than the day before. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can’t wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the hotel facilities were wonderful. Check-in, check-out, and parking were all very smooth. One area for improvement: I couldn’t find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I’ve started following you on Instagram, and when I return to Pipa, I’ll definitely stay with you again. Thank you.

During a meeting held at the In Mare Bali Resort Condominium in November 2025, it was decided that guests with short-term reservations—10 nights or fewer—are not permitted to have visitors during their stay;

Basic linens included—towels and bedding. As a general rule, blankets and comforters are not provided;
Extra cleaning is provided for stays of 7 nights or more; additional cleanings may be arranged for an extra fee, subject to availability.

ACCOMMODATION RULES:
- Check-in starting at 3:00 p.m., check-out by noon;
- Sheets and towels will be provided, and they will not be replaced unless requested for an additional fee;
- Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet;
- Noise in the condominium is tolerated (in moderation) until 9:00 p.m.; after that, it is subject to a fine;
- Visitors are not permitted on the premises of the house or in the condominium's common areas;
- Please treat the apartment as if it were your own; remember that after you leave, we'll be welcoming other guests;
- If any damage occurs, please report it at check-out. Inspections are conducted periodically, and any damage will be billed after the cost is determined;
- When leaving the apartment, remember to check that you've turned off the air conditioner and the lights, and dispose of your trash in the proper place;
- Pet policy: Pets are not allowed in the apartment;
- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT.

Great stay.
The layout of the property. The staff and cleanliness. The beach is right in front of the condo.
Part of the pool was under maintenance; they could have let us know. But part of it was open.
Great place, fresh-smelling bedding and towels, fully equipped kitchen, family-friendly atmosphere, peaceful... I loved it

The complex is beautifully designed, the service is excellent, it’s right on the beach, and the amenities are comprehensive—perfect for families with children.
I had a little trouble finalizing the reservation because of the data entry and contract process through the app used by the rental company, but the representative (Luisa) resolved the issue via WhatsApp (she was very helpful and polite).

A Weekend in Paradise
Wonderful pools, great location, very friendly staff; although the apartment is small, it’s well laid out and organized. Beautiful decor, and the bedding and towels met our needs perfectly. The only things I missed were a few kitchen utensils, like a frying pan and a dish towel. But overall, it’s definitely worth it!
