The house is simply impeccable—it has an incredible layout, spacious rooms, a modern design, and contains absolutely EVERYTHING you need. The staff who welcomed us were incredibly wonderful and welcoming; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people—she’s an amazing cook and he’s a guy with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house—it’s perfect. It didn’t fall short in absolutely ANY WAY—we didn’t lack for ANYTHING. On the contrary, we were left wanting more, lol. All in all, I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Quarto à Vista—you’ve been wonderful from the very first contact to the very end. ❤️

The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I’d suggest having is a popcorn maker—since there are so many people, it’s always a good idea to make popcorn). Everything is new and in excellent taste. The showers are excellent, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are a class act. The food is perfect, and the presentation is worthy of a top-tier restaurant. And every day, the table was set more beautifully than the day before. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can’t wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the hotel facilities were wonderful. Check-in, check-out, and parking were all very smooth. One area for improvement: I couldn’t find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I’ve started following you on Instagram, and when I return to Pipa, I’ll definitely stay with you again. Thank you.

ACCOMMODATION RULES:
- Check-in starting at 3:00 p.m., check-out by noon;
- Sheets and towels will be provided, and they will not be replaced unless requested for an additional fee;
- Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet;
- Noise in the condominium is tolerated (in moderation) until 9:00 p.m.; after that, it is subject to a fine;
- Visitors are not permitted on the premises of the house or in the condominium's common areas;
- Please treat the apartment as if it were your own; remember that after you leave, we'll be welcoming other guests;
- If any damage occurs, please report it at check-out. Inspections are conducted periodically, and any damage will be billed after the cost is determined;
- When leaving the apartment, remember to check that you've turned off the air conditioner and the lights, and dispose of your trash in the proper place;
- Pet policy: Pets are not allowed in the apartment;
- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT.

O condomínio é excelente e a acomodação também. A localização para mim foi ótima: longe da agitação e próximo de praias não tão badaladas, mas com estrutura de barracas e bares na areia. Camas confortáveis e roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade.
Pequenos pontos de melhoria que não atrapalharam em nada minha estadia, mas fica a dica para o anfitrião (se ele quiser melhorar ainda mais): - Adquirir pratos menores para o café da manhã (só tinha pratos grandes); - Remover do armários as panelas que não funcionam no fogão (que é de indução); - Deixar informado no apartamento como proceder com o lixo diário (tive certa dificuldade, pois alguns funcionários não sabiam onde era a lixeira de descarte), como fazer reserva da jacuzi e utilizar a sauna e as cadeiras/guarda-sol de praia. - Repor os controles de ar condicionado, pois existiam 4 ar condicionado e somente 2 controles funcionando. - Deixar disponível maior quantidade de papel higiênico e talvez algum material de limpeza como desifetante (fiquei 11 dias e como só tinha direito a uma limpeza neste período, acabei sentindo a necessidade de limpar o ambiente)
Lugar increíble desde todo punto de vista , no hay dudas, el condominio es un sueño, necesitas auto si o si yq que estas lejos de naral, pero todo lo relacionado con el espacio es un sueño. Piletas, servicios, una mini despensa para salir de apuro dentro del condominio, los bares dentro del condominio , el gym, las piletas, el departamento en si, es hermoso, aires en todos los ambientes, baños muy ampliow y camas cómodas y nuevas , volvería mil veces .

Da Biometria fácial para a piscina fomos em 5 só um deu certo os outros todos não conseguiram. Precisam melhorar isso.
A acomodação é ótima, limpeza, conforto e estrutura.
Não gostei do fato de os quartos não possuírem chave nas portas, o que compromete a privacidade — especialmente por se tratar de um apartamento que acomoda até 6 pessoas.
Belo imóvel e excelente localização, mas precisa de melhor manutenção.
Localização instalações do condomínio são bastante diversas e apropriadas ao hóspede, com várias opções de atividades. Acesso próprio e possibilidade de empréstimo de cadeiras de praia também muito cômodo para quem está de passagem
O imóvel com pouca manutenção:, rejunte do banheiro da suite sujo, exaustão do banheiro social sem funcionar. Importante mencionar que ao chegar, notamos o banheiro com vazamento, mas acionamos a assistência e no dia seguinte eles ajustaram. Outros itens: panelas muito velhas, algumas era inadequadas ao fogão de indução, poucos copos e louças, máquina de lavar suja, filtro de água indicando necessidade de troca de refil. Tampo da mesa estufada na varanda.
