Therefore, through the platform, it is possible to view reservations with their detailed information, make blocks for your own use or for third parties, and expose all spending on improvements, maintenance and repairs.
As for payment, the rent is paid on the 20th day of the month following the guest's check-out date. This is due to the fact that some of the rental platforms where we make your property available have different deadlines for passing on the amounts. However, we understand that some landlords need the money in advance. That is why we offer the option to pay in advance through the landlord portal.
Just check if the property will be available in the desired period. If yes, the blocking can be done through your calendar.
We are committed to keeping our properties in great physical and structural condition to ensure the satisfaction of our guests. We understand, however, that vacation rentals can bring risks of damage, which is inherent in the rental process. For this reason, we would like to remind you that although Quarto à Vista is not an insurance company, we will do everything in our power to seek compensation for any damage caused by misuse of the property, either in or out of court.
To ensure that your property has a good occupancy rate, we try to price it fairly and competitively. For this reason, we are always studying the ads placed on rental portals and comparing the value of your property with similar ones. Combined with this, we set the daily rate in advance, especially for dates of high demand. This way we can ensure that your property is seen by potential guests and has a better chance of being rented before other properties.
