The house is simply impeccable—it has an incredible layout, spacious rooms, a modern design, and contains absolutely EVERYTHING you need. The staff who welcomed us were incredibly wonderful and welcoming; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people—she’s an amazing cook and he’s a guy with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house—it’s perfect. It didn’t fall short in absolutely ANY WAY—we didn’t lack for ANYTHING. On the contrary, we were left wanting more, lol. All in all, I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Quarto à Vista—you’ve been wonderful from the very first contact to the very end. ❤️

The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I’d suggest having is a popcorn maker—since there are so many people, it’s always a good idea to make popcorn). Everything is new and in excellent taste. The showers are excellent, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are a class act. The food is perfect, and the presentation is worthy of a top-tier restaurant. And every day, the table was set more beautifully than the day before. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can’t wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the hotel facilities were wonderful. Check-in, check-out, and parking were all very smooth. One area for improvement: I couldn’t find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I’ve started following you on Instagram, and when I return to Pipa, I’ll definitely stay with you again. Thank you.

ACCOMMODATION RULES:
- Check-in starting at 3:00 p.m., check-out by noon;
- Sheets and towels will be provided, and they will not be replaced unless requested for an additional fee;
- Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet;
- Noise in the condominium is tolerated (in moderation) until 9:00 p.m.; after that, it is subject to a fine;
- Visitors are not permitted on the premises of the house or in the condominium's common areas;
- Please treat the apartment as if it were your own; remember that after you leave, we'll be welcoming other guests;
- If any damage occurs, please report it at check-out. Inspections are conducted periodically, and any damage will be billed after the cost is determined;
- When leaving the apartment, remember to check that you've turned off the air conditioner and the lights, and dispose of your trash in the proper place;
- Pet policy: Pets are not allowed in the apartment;
- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT.

A casa é simplesmente maravilhosa, conta com 6 suítes, que acomodaram perfeitamente nossas famílias. A casa além de ser grande tem uma ótima localização, praia boa para banho, além um espaço maravilhoso na frente que serviu muito bem para as crianças brincarem. A cozinha super equipada com tudo que necessitamos e disponibilizaram toalhas e lençóis. Foi uma experiência muito boa, pretendo voltar mais vezes.
Eu e minha familia amamos a estadia, a casa igual como nas fotos, tudo limpo, roupas de cama e banho excelentes no padrão de hotelaria, decoração da casa perfeita, tudo excelente! Voltaremos em breve!
Casa muito espaçosa e confortável, vista linda, banho de mar excelente! acabamento de primeira, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, lençóis macios e muito limpos. A única reclamação eh em relação a manutenção. Na parte elétrica, o chuveiro dando choque no banheiro da primeira suite do segundo andar, e em quase todos os banheiros a temperatura da água ou muito quente pelando a ponto de impedir o banho ou totalmente gelada. A empresa casa à vista mandou um técnico que resolveu apenas o choque, mas não a temperatura da água. Outra questão foi uma goteira (a chuva foi muito intensa, realmente), mas por conta dessa goteira na última suite do segundo andar meu pai caiu e ficou dias com dor na perna, e poderia ter sido muito pior… os trincos de quase todas as portas saem, vários hóspedes quase ficaram presos no quarto ou no banheiro por conta disso.. a jacuzzi não ligava (o caseiro me informou que foi em decorrência da chuva intensa mesmo).. tirando essa parte de manutenção, casa maravilhosa!!
