5.0Agradável e condiz com as fotos! Já me hospedei nesse condomínio em 2024 e agora que voltei já sei que sempre poderei me hospedar ali! Vale a pena! Pertinho da rua principal de Pipa (av Baia dos Golfinhos).
The house is simply impeccable—it has an incredible layout, spacious rooms, a modern design, and contains absolutely EVERYTHING you need. The staff who welcomed us were incredibly wonderful and welcoming; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people—she’s an amazing cook and he’s a guy with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house—it’s perfect. It didn’t fall short in absolutely ANY WAY—we didn’t lack for ANYTHING. On the contrary, we were left wanting more, lol. All in all, I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Quarto à Vista—you’ve been wonderful from the very first contact to the very end. ❤️

The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I’d suggest having is a popcorn maker—since there are so many people, it’s always a good idea to make popcorn). Everything is new and in excellent taste. The showers are excellent, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are a class act. The food is perfect, and the presentation is worthy of a top-tier restaurant. And every day, the table was set more beautifully than the day before. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can’t wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the hotel facilities were wonderful. Check-in, check-out, and parking were all very smooth. One area for improvement: I couldn’t find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I’ve started following you on Instagram, and when I return to Pipa, I’ll definitely stay with you again. Thank you.

Excelente casa no condomínio Flamingos, localizada a 650m do Centro de Pipa e apenas 7 minutos de carro da praia do amor. O condomínio possui portaria 24h e é um recanto de paz para moradores e hóspedes.
A Casa 12 é uma propriedade de primeiro andar que conta com: 3 quartos, sendo uma suíte, cozinha completa, sala de tv/sala de estar com televisão e varanda com piscina privativa, disposto da seguinte forma:
- Suíte 1: Quarto com cama queen, ar-condicionado, araras e varanda;
- Quarto 2: Quarto com 2 camas de solteiro e ar-condicionado.
- Quarto 3: Uma cama Queen e ar- condicionado.
- Sala: Sofá e televisão (smart TV);
- Cozinha: Ampla bancada, cooktop 4 bocas, geladeira, filtro de água, cafeteira e utensílios básicos (talheres, pratos, copos e taças);
- Lavanderia: Tanque e utensílios para limpeza (rodo e vassoura);
- Lavabo: Completo com utensílios básicos;
- Área externa: Churrasqueira, mesa de 08 lugares, sofá e piscina;
