Quarto: 01 cama de casal, TV, ar-condicionado e armário.
Sala ampla: 01 sofá-cama de casal, TV, mesa de jantar e varanda
Cozinha completa: equipada com fogão, geladeira, microondas, cafeteira e utensílios básicos (panelas, copos, taças e talheres).
Banheiro: completo, com ducha.
Ambiente ideal para famílias, casais ou pequenos grupos que desejam praticidade e boa localização.

- O valor da diária pode variar conforme o período e número de hóspedes.
- Breakfast not included.
- A complete set of linens for the number of guests in the reservation (we do not provide bedspreads or blankets as standard).
- Linen changes and daily cleaning are not included but can be requested for an additional fee.
- Horário de silêncio: 22h às 08h.

Check-in information:
- Check-in starting at 3:00 p.m. and check-out by 12:00 p.m.
- O acesso ocorre por meio da recepção do Edifício Time.
- Após a confirmação da reserva, será enviado um link para preenchimento dos dados dos hóspedes; somente após este processo o acesso será liberado.
- O não preenchimento ou preenchimento tardio poderá ocasionar atrasos no check-in.
- Até o dia da chegada, nossa equipe enviará por mensagem todas as instruções necessárias.

- Check-in starting at 3:00 p.m., check-out by noon;
- Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet;
- Noise in the condominium is tolerated (in moderation) until 9:00 p.m.; after that, it is subject to a fine;
- Visitors are not permitted on the premises of the house or in the condominium's common areas;
- Please treat the apartment as if it were your own; remember that after you leave, we'll be welcoming other guests;
- If any damage occurs, please report it at check-out. Inspections are conducted periodically, and any damage will be billed after the cost is determined;
- When you leave the apartment, remember to check that you've turned off the air conditioner and the lights, and put the trash in the proper place;
- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT.

A 50% refund of the reservation amount will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to the check-in date.
Non-refundable if canceled within 59 days prior to the check-in date.
The house is simply impeccable—it has an incredible layout, spacious rooms, a modern design, and contains absolutely EVERYTHING you need. The staff who welcomed us were incredibly wonderful and welcoming; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people—she’s an amazing cook and he’s a guy with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house—it’s perfect. It didn’t fall short in absolutely ANY WAY—we didn’t lack for ANYTHING. On the contrary, we were left wanting more, lol. All in all, I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Quarto à Vista—you’ve been wonderful from the very first contact to the very end. ❤️

The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I’d suggest having is a popcorn maker—since there are so many people, it’s always a good idea to make popcorn). Everything is new and in excellent taste. The showers are excellent, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are a class act. The food is perfect, and the presentation is worthy of a top-tier restaurant. And every day, the table was set more beautifully than the day before. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can’t wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the hotel facilities were wonderful. Check-in, check-out, and parking were all very smooth. One area for improvement: I couldn’t find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I’ve started following you on Instagram, and when I return to Pipa, I’ll definitely stay with you again. Thank you.
