The house is simply impeccable—it has an incredible layout, spacious rooms, a modern design, and contains absolutely EVERYTHING you need. The staff who welcomed us were incredibly wonderful and welcoming; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people—she’s an amazing cook and he’s a guy with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house—it’s perfect. It didn’t fall short in absolutely ANY WAY—we didn’t lack for ANYTHING. On the contrary, we were left wanting more, lol. All in all, I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Quarto à Vista—you’ve been wonderful from the very first contact to the very end. ❤️

The house is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I’d suggest having is a popcorn maker—since there are so many people, it’s always a good idea to make popcorn). Everything is new and in excellent taste. The showers are excellent, and the beds are comfortable. The staff are a class act. The food is perfect, and the presentation is worthy of a top-tier restaurant. And every day, the table was set more beautifully than the day before. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can’t wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the hotel facilities were wonderful. Check-in, check-out, and parking were all very smooth. One area for improvement: I couldn’t find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I’ve started following you on Instagram, and when I return to Pipa, I’ll definitely stay with you again. Thank you.

Apartamento no Condomínio Solar Água localizado no Centro de Pipa apenas 10 minutos a pé da rua principal e 15 minutos a pé da praia. Condomínio com infraestrutura de lazer moderna, de fácil acesso e próximo aos melhores bares e restaurantes da Pipa. Cada detalhe pensado para melhor satisfazer nossos hóspedes!
O apartamento é um amplo duplex com 2 suítes, 1 banheiro, sala de estar, sala de jantar, cozinha, 1 vaga de garagem (rotativa, do condomínio) e Wi-Fi (exclusivo da propriedade).
O Duplex é dividido em:
Piso térreo:
Varanda (na entrada): mesa e cadeiras.
Banheiro: utensílios básicos e chuveiro elétrico.
Sala/sala de jantar: sofá-cama casal, Televisão com canais abertos, mesa e cadeiras.

Amamos demais ! Nos surpreendeu !
Gostamos do espaço total, bem amplo, organizado, limpo e confortável.
Dos utensílios domésticos , microondas precisava de uma atenção melhor .
Íamos ficar em outro apartamento, mas em decorrência a uma infiltração fomos realocados para esse. Simplesmente adoramos a acomodação! Muito bem localizada, com vaga de garagem rotativa, piscinas, ar condicionado na sala e nos dois quartos. Não tenho o que reclamar, só agradecer a Emanuel!
Espaço amplo e confortável.
Ausência de produtos de limpeza e torradeira sofrida já.
