La casa es sencillamente impecable, cuenta con una estructura brutal, ambientes amplios, moderna y tiene exactamente TODO lo que hace falta. El equipo que nos recibe es súper maravilloso y acogedor; Lu y su marido son personas extraordinarias, una cocinera excepcional y un chico de corazón puro. Todo el mundo debería vivir la experiencia de esta casa, es perfecta. No dejó nada que desear en absolutamente NADA, no nos faltó NADA, al contrario, nos quedamos con ese gustito de "quiero más", jaja. En fin, se la recomiendo a todo el mundo. Gracias, Quarto à Vista, son maravillosos desde el primer contacto hasta el final. ❤️

La casa es preciosa y está súper bien decorada. Tiene todo lo que uno necesita (algo que sugiero tener es una palomitera, porque como es para mucha gente siempre vale la pena hacer palomitas). Todo es nuevo y de muy buen gusto. Las duchas son excelentes, las camas cómodas. Las empleadas son un espectáculo aparte. Comida perfecta y una presentación digna de un restaurante muy sofisticado. Y cada día la mesa estaba puesta de una forma más bonita que la anterior. Fue una estadía memorable. ¡Ya lo extraño y me dan ganas de volver!

La experiencia fue excelente. Alojamiento bastante cómodo, estructura del hotel maravillosa. Check-in, check-out y estacionamiento muy tranquilos. Como punto de mejora: para usar la cafetera Nespresso, no logré identificar un enchufe de 20A. Empecé a seguir el perfil en Instagram y, cuando vuelva a Pipa, sin duda me hospedaré con ustedes. Gracias.

During a meeting held at the In Mare Bali Resort Condominium in November 2025, it was decided that guests with short-term reservations—10 nights or fewer—are not permitted to have visitors during their stay;

Basic linens included—towels and bedding. As a general rule, blankets and comforters are not provided;
Extra cleaning is provided for stays of 7 nights or more; additional cleanings may be arranged for an extra fee, subject to availability.

ACCOMMODATION RULES:
- Check-in starting at 3:00 p.m., check-out by noon;
- Sheets and towels will be provided, and they will not be replaced unless requested for an additional fee;
- Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet;
- Noise in the condominium is tolerated (in moderation) until 9:00 p.m.; after that, it is subject to a fine;
- Visitors are not permitted on the premises of the house or in the condominium's common areas;
- Please treat the apartment as if it were your own; remember that after you leave, we'll be welcoming other guests;
- If any damage occurs, please report it at check-out. Inspections are conducted periodically, and any damage will be billed after the cost is determined;
- When leaving the apartment, remember to check that you've turned off the air conditioner and the lights, and dispose of your trash in the proper place;
- Pet policy: Pets are not allowed in the apartment;
- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT.

Great stay.
The layout of the property. The staff and cleanliness. The beach is right in front of the condo.
Part of the pool was under maintenance; they could have let us know. But part of it was open.
Great place, fresh-smelling bedding and towels, fully equipped kitchen, family-friendly atmosphere, peaceful... I loved it

The complex is beautifully designed, the service is excellent, it’s right on the beach, and the amenities are comprehensive—perfect for families with children.
I had a little trouble finalizing the reservation because of the data entry and contract process through the app used by the rental company, but the representative (Luisa) resolved the issue via WhatsApp (she was very helpful and polite).

A Weekend in Paradise
Wonderful pools, great location, very friendly staff; although the apartment is small, it’s well laid out and organized. Beautiful decor, and the bedding and towels met our needs perfectly. The only things I missed were a few kitchen utensils, like a frying pan and a dish towel. But overall, it’s definitely worth it!
