The house is simply flawless — an incredible setup, spacious rooms, modern, and it has exactly EVERYTHING you need. The team that welcomes you is absolutely wonderful and warm; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people, a first-rate cook and a young man with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house, it's perfect. It didn't fall short in absolutely ANYTHING, we didn't lack a single thing — quite the opposite, we left wanting more, haha. All in all, I recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Quarto à Vista, you are wonderful from the first contact to the last. ❤️

The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I'd suggest adding is a popcorn maker, since it hosts a lot of people and popcorn is always a good idea). Everything is new and in exquisite taste. The showers are excellent, the beds comfortable. The staff are a show in themselves. Perfect food, plated like a high-end restaurant. And each day the table was set more beautifully than the last. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can't wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. Very comfortable accommodation, wonderful property. Check-in, check-out and parking were all hassle-free. One point for improvement: I couldn't find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I've started following you on Instagram, and when I come back to Pipa I'll definitely stay with you. Thank you.

ACCOMMODATION RULES:
- Check-in starting at 3:00 p.m., check-out by noon;
- Sheets and towels will be provided, and they will not be replaced unless requested for an additional fee;
- Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet;
- Noise in the condominium is tolerated (in moderation) until 9:00 p.m.; after that, it is subject to a fine;
- Visitors are not permitted on the premises of the house or in the condominium's common areas;
- Please treat the apartment as if it were your own; remember that after you leave, we'll be welcoming other guests;
- If any damage occurs, please report it at check-out. Inspections are conducted periodically, and any damage will be billed after the cost is determined;
- When leaving the apartment, remember to check that you've turned off the air conditioner and the lights, and dispose of your trash in the proper place;
- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT.

O ambiente está como nas fotos, a estrutura do lugar também é excelente, o quarto é aconchegante e confortável, só colocaria no quarto um secador também, acho extremamente necessário em regiões com mar .

Ótimo custo-benefício. Flat organizado, bonito, com garagem, piscina, sauna e academia. Barulhento e piscina cheia pois era Carnaval, mas ok. Apartamento ótimo, tamanho bom, cama delícia, cozinha, ferro de passar, cortina blackout boa…
Faltou cabide. Pois não há armário, zero local para roupas. E chuveiro poderia ser mais forte. Anfitrião poderia disponibilizar duas cadeiras e sombreiro para hospedes levarem pra praia.
