The house is simply flawless — an incredible setup, spacious rooms, modern, and it has exactly EVERYTHING you need. The team that welcomes you is absolutely wonderful and warm; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people, a first-rate cook and a young man with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house, it's perfect. It didn't fall short in absolutely ANYTHING, we didn't lack a single thing — quite the opposite, we left wanting more, haha. All in all, I recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Quarto à Vista, you are wonderful from the first contact to the last. ❤️

The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I'd suggest adding is a popcorn maker, since it hosts a lot of people and popcorn is always a good idea). Everything is new and in exquisite taste. The showers are excellent, the beds comfortable. The staff are a show in themselves. Perfect food, plated like a high-end restaurant. And each day the table was set more beautifully than the last. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can't wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. Very comfortable accommodation, wonderful property. Check-in, check-out and parking were all hassle-free. One point for improvement: I couldn't find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I've started following you on Instagram, and when I come back to Pipa I'll definitely stay with you. Thank you.

A acomodação tem a seguinte configuração:
• 1 suíte com cama de casal e ar condicionado;
• 1 quarto com banheiro reversível quarto/sala;
• Sala e cozinha: sofá-cama, TV, mesa para 4 pessoas, fogão, forno, geladeira, louças, panelas, talheres e copos;
• Varanda: pia e churrasqueira.

Hassle-free check-in, Quarto à Vista style:
Check-in a partir das 15h, na recepção do condomínio;
Check-out até 12h.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a link that you must fill out with the guests' information. Once you have completed all the steps, the link will be updated with the access information on the day of check-in.
Note: Completing the form by your check-in date is mandatory and standard for all reservations; failure to complete it in advance may delay or complicate your check-in at the property. We ask that you read through and complete all steps of the form, preferably by the morning of your check-in date at the property.

ACCOMMODATION RULES:
- Check-in starting at 3:00 p.m., check-out by noon;
- Sheets and towels will be provided, and they will not be replaced unless requested for an additional fee;
- Do not flush toilet paper down the toilet;
- Noise in the condominium is tolerated (in moderation) until 9:00 p.m.; after that, it is subject to a fine;
- Visitors are not permitted on the premises of the house or in the condominium's common areas;
- Please treat the apartment as if it were your own; remember that after you leave, we'll be welcoming other guests;
- If any damage occurs, please report it at check-out. Inspections are conducted periodically, and any damage will be billed after the cost is determined;
- When leaving the apartment, remember to check that you've turned off the air conditioner and the lights, and dispose of your trash in the proper place;
- SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE APARTMENT.
Strict
Apartamento muito bem decorado com uma boa localização. Os colchões são confortáveis e estava tudo impecável. Infelizmente a churrasqueira não existe e a academia também não. Os utensílios de cozinha são reduzidos mas dá para uma estadia curta.
Condomínio bem localizado, próximo ao centro, abaixo do condomínio tem uma pizzaria e hamburgueria e na frente de um posto de gasolina. Limpo, cozinha com itens necessários, área de lazer organizada. Portaria muito atenciosa e conseguiram atender a todas as dúvidas.
O apartamento é muito bom e bonito, os quartos são grandes, camas e travesseiros muitooo confortáveis (pra mim é o essencial), o que me incomodou um pouco foi o chuveiro, eu já tinha visto reclamação antes de reservar, mas eu esperava que tivessem consertado, os chuveiros dos dois quartos estava saindo bem pouco agua, e 1 não estava esquentando, entrei em contato e eles prontamente mandaram um técnico que limpou por dentro os chuveiros e melhorou um pouco, mas ainda não totalmente, o ideal era a troca desses chuveiros já que o problema é persistente, fora isso adorei tudo, a cozinha é pequena mais tem tudo que você pode precisar.
