Flat no Ilê de Pipa - Localização excepcional na avenida principal (Baía dos Golfinhos). a poucos passos dos melhores bares e restaurantes. Acesso facilitado à praia principal de Pipa, num condomínio exclusivo e moderno, com 16.000m² de área verde e lazer.
Configuração do Flat:
• Quarto espaçoso com 2 camas de casal (ideal para até 4 pessoas);
• Ar-condicionado e amplos armários para maior conforto;
• Banheiro social com chuveiro aquecido;:
• Cozinha prática equipada com frigobar + fogão, utensílios completos (talheres, panelas, pratos e copos);
• Sala de estar com sofá-cama solteiro;
• Varanda com mesa de vidro com 3 cadeiras - perfeita para refeições ao ar livre.
Na infraestrutura do condomínio:
• Piscina adulta central com design moderno;
• Praia artificial com espreguiçadeiras – sinta-se na praia sem sair de casa!
• Academia completa para manter a rotina de exercícios;
• Jardins e áreas comuns incríveis;
• Parquinho infantil;
• Estacionamento privativo (1 vaga por apartamento).
Hassle-free check-in, Quarto à Vista style:
• Check-in starting at 3:00 p.m. at the condominium's front desk;
• Check-out by 12 p.m.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a link that you must fill out with the guests' information. Once you have completed all the steps, the link will be updated with the access information on the day of check-in.
Please note: Completing the form via the link provided is mandatory and standard for all Qavi reservations. To avoid delays at check-in, please complete all steps by the day before your arrival.
Important Notes for Guests:
Breakfast not included;
Rates vary depending on the number of guests; please check for pricing;
Basic linens included—towels and bedding. As a general rule, blankets and comforters are not provided;
Extra cleaning is provided for stays of 7 nights or more; additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee, subject to availability.

Check-in starting at 3:00 p.m., check-out by noon;
It is prohibited to flush toilet paper down the toilet;
Noise in the condominium is tolerated (in moderation) until 9:00 p.m.; after that, it is subject to a fine;
Visitors are not permitted on the premises of the house or in the common areas of the condominium;
Please remember to treat the apartment as if it were your own; keep in mind that after you leave, we'll be welcoming other guests;
If any damage occurs, please report it at check-out. Inspections are conducted periodically, and any damage will be billed after the cost is determined;
When you leave the apartment, remember to check that you've turned off the air conditioner and the lights, and dispose of your trash in the proper place;
QUANDO NÃO ESTIVER UTILIZANDO A VARANDA, FAVOR MANTENHA A PORTA DE VIDRO FECHADA (A CHUVA PODE DANIFICAR OS MÓVEIS E MOLHAR O APARTAMENTO).
Lembre de conservar o apartamento como se fosse seu, lembre que após sua saída receberemos outros hóspedes.
Caso ocorra alguma avaria, favor informar no check-out.
Ao sair do apartamento, lembre de conferir se desligou o ar-condicionado e as luzes e deixe o lixo no local adequado.

Mis mejores vacaciones en Pipa agradecida de la gente
El lugar es increíble, tiene todo cerca, la gente encantadora, cualquier problema te lo resuelven de inmediato, el entorno tiene todo lo que uno necesita para disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones
Como recomendación creo que faltan algunas cosas en la habitación, barra para colgar ropa en el clóset, hervidor o cafetera, loza en la cocina como: Tazas grandes, cucharas chicas, vasos), no es un lugar óptimo para cocinar pero si para el café de la mañana
Acomodação muito boa
Na minha opinião, acho que deveria ter pelo menos 1 limpeza de quarto quando o hospede fica mais de 1 semana.

A Tv não estava pegando, foi o que não gostamos.

Nel mio appartamento mancavano i bicchieri e il proprietario e lo staff non hanno fatto nulla per risolvere il problema. La porta del bagno non era una vera porta ma una lastra di legno che scorreva

Camas, mesa na sacada, quarto grande, banheiro grande, piscina.
Por ser um flat, deveria ter um microondas e um purificar de água, deveriam colocar mais papel higiênico, não ter sabonete pelo menos na pia do banheiro
The house is simply flawless — an incredible setup, spacious rooms, modern, and it has exactly EVERYTHING you need. The team that welcomes you is absolutely wonderful and warm; Lu and her husband are extraordinary people, a first-rate cook and a young man with a pure heart. Everyone should experience this house, it's perfect. It didn't fall short in absolutely ANYTHING, we didn't lack a single thing — quite the opposite, we left wanting more, haha. All in all, I recommend it to everyone. Thank you, Quarto à Vista, you are wonderful from the first contact to the last. ❤️

The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I'd suggest adding is a popcorn maker, since it hosts a lot of people and popcorn is always a good idea). Everything is new and in exquisite taste. The showers are excellent, the beds comfortable. The staff are a show in themselves. Perfect food, plated like a high-end restaurant. And each day the table was set more beautifully than the last. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can't wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. Very comfortable accommodation, wonderful property. Check-in, check-out and parking were all hassle-free. One point for improvement: I couldn't find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I've started following you on Instagram, and when I come back to Pipa I'll definitely stay with you. Thank you.
