Everyone should experience this house, it's perfect. It didn't fall short in absolutely ANYTHING, we didn't lack a single thing — quite the opposite, we left wanting more, haha. The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need (one thing I'd suggest adding is a popcorn maker, since it hosts a lot of people and popcorn is always a good idea). Everything is new and in exquisite taste. The showers are excellent, the beds comfortable. The staff are a show in themselves. Perfect food, plated like a high-end restaurant. And each day the table was set more beautifully than the last. It was a memorable stay. I already miss it and can't wait to go back!

The experience was excellent. Very comfortable accommodation, wonderful property. Check-in, check-out and parking were all hassle-free. One point for improvement: I couldn't find a 20A outlet to use the Nespresso machine. I've started following you on Instagram, and when I come back to Pipa I'll definitely stay with you. Thank you.

ACCOMMODATION RULES:
- Check-in starting at 3:00 p.m., check-out by noon;
- Sheets and towels will be provided, and they will not be replaced unless requested for an additional fee;

- Noise in the condominium is tolerated (in moderation) until 9:00 p.m.; after that, it is subject to a fine;
- Visitors are not permitted on the premises of the house or in the condominium's common areas;
- Please treat the apartment as if it were your own; remember that after you leave, we'll be welcoming other guests;
- If any damage occurs, please report it at check-out. Inspections are conducted periodically, and any damage will be billed after the cost is determined;
- When leaving the apartment, remember to check that you've turned off the air conditioner and the lights, and dispose of your trash in the proper place;

O apartamento é lindo, com uma decoração de alto padrão e muito bem equipado. Muito capricho em todos os detalhes. O condomínio é excelente e muito bem localizado! Passei dias muito bons aí.
Pontos a melhorar: o garrafão de água estava vazio. A TV da sala tem problemas de compatibilidade com o YouTube, gerando perda de conexão frequente e muita lentidão de conexão nos casos em que não falhava. O sinal da antena de TV tbm estava instável e há aparente mal contato deste cabo em particular. Sugiro deixar alguns panos de chão para alguma limpeza. Mas a estadia foi excelente.
